Kebbi Electrical Services carries out Electrical Installation Condition Reports for landlords with rental properties in Downend, Fishponds & Emersons Green and the wider BS16 area.
Send the property address and relevant job details. Call 07943 951993 to discuss scope, access and availability.
A landlord EICR assesses the condition of the fixed electrical installation, including circuits, protective devices and accessible accessories.
Please provide access to the consumer unit, sockets and other relevant parts of the installation. Existing electrical certificates or a previous EICR can also help.
If the report identifies work that should be addressed, we can explain the observations and provide a separate scope for remedial electrical work where appropriate.
Send the full address and useful photographs or documents. Call 07943 951993 or use our contact page.
