Kebbi Electrical Services carries out full and partial house rewiring for properties in Bishopston & Horfield and the wider BS7 area.
If you are renovating, extending or updating an older installation, send the property address, your plans and the rooms or circuits involved.
A rewire is easier to plan when socket positions, lighting points, fixed appliances and future electrical requirements are decided before first-fix work begins.
Not every property requires a complete rewire. The condition of the existing installation and the scope of your project should be assessed first.
Rewiring can involve access beneath floors, above ceilings and into walls. Agree cable routes, access and making-good responsibilities before work starts.
Send the full address, a clear description of the work and any useful photographs or documents. Call 07943 951993 or use our contact page.
Send a layout showing the rooms, socket positions, lighting and equipment you want to change. Share any previous electrical inspection report and explain whether the home will remain occupied. Assessment of the existing wiring helps determine whether selected circuits or a full rewire are appropriate.
Agree floor and ceiling access, power interruptions, work phases and responsibility for making good before booking. Raise any building restrictions or permissions affecting cable routes at quotation stage. The scope should state testing and installation documentation. Consumer unit upgrades may form part of the project; they are not a substitute for assessing the circuits.
