A homebuyer EICR can help you understand the condition of the fixed electrical installation before or during a property purchase in Redland & Cotham or elsewhere in BS6.
Provide the property address and arrange access through the seller or estate agent.
The inspection considers the condition of the fixed wiring, distribution equipment, protective devices and accessible electrical accessories.
If you are buying an older property or planning renovation work, an EICR can provide more information about the existing installation before you decide on upgrades.
Arrange permission with the seller or agent and make sure the consumer unit and relevant rooms are accessible. Some parts of an installation may be concealed or inaccessible.
Send the full address, a clear description of the work and any useful photographs or documents. Call 07943 951993 or use our contact page.
