Send details of proposed cooking, heating, charging or other fixed equipment. Explain what is planned now and what may follow. A larger consumer unit does not automatically increase the capacity of the incoming supply.
The connected circuits, protection and supply arrangements inform the proposal. Share earlier installation certificates and inspection findings. Additional circuit work or other repairs should be explained separately from the unit itself.
Confirm the position of the new board, access for testing and the expected power interruption. The quotation should identify the proposed protective equipment and relevant completion records. Ask for the circuit labels and basic operation to be explained when the work is handed over.
