Send the property address, number of bedrooms, previous report if available and tenant or agent access details.
A landlord EICR assesses the condition of the fixed electrical installation, including circuits, protective devices and accessible accessories.
Please provide access to the consumer unit, sockets and other relevant parts of the installation. Existing electrical certificates or a previous EICR can also help.
If the report identifies work that should be addressed, we can explain the observations and provide a separate scope for remedial electrical work where appropriate.
For a converted rental house, identify the flat number and the installation you are responsible for. A landlord EICR for one dwelling does not automatically include communal lighting, another flat or a separate landlord supply. Share previous reports and arrange access with tenants and the managing agent before booking.
